Single award term contract for the period 11-01-01 to 10-31-02. Certificates and Dies, 8 x 10" or 11 x 14", printing one color plus up to four additional pantone colors. Anticipating 60 orders per year for 1,000 to 200,000 certificates per order. Operations include film making, printing (in multiple colors including four-color process) stamping (in multiple foils), embossing, binding, packing, and distribution. Copy pickup in Alexandria, Va.
