Description

The General Services Administration of the U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 7,100 -- 7,500 usable square feet of office and related space with one reserved parking space for the Social Security Administration. The building must be located within the city limits of San Rafael. The proposed lease term is for twelve (12) years, ten (10) years firm. Ground floor contiguous space is preferred, although upper floor contiguous space is acceptable, with a minimum of two accessible elevators. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
