Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished), and incidentals to construct a concrete cast-in-place stairway from the bluff to the beach and approximately 230 lineal feet of concrete sidewalk from the parking lot to the beginning of the stairs. The Contractor shall also remove and properly dispose of an existing stairway and rehabilitate approximately 190 feet of native surface trail. The project is located on the Waldport Ranger District, Siuslaw National Forest, Lane County, Oregon. The Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. The successful offeror shall be required to submit a payment bond prior to start of work. Contract time is 60 calendar days. Estimated start work date is August 1, 2001. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business concerns.
