Description

The work of this contract consists of the general construction of installing new water distrubution lines and appurtenances to historic structures. The installation of these water lines will be done in previously disturbed utility corridors, roads, and new alignments. Work entails installation of new water lines, connection of water distribution system to domestic water supplies and future fire suppression systems, and coordination with other utilities for installation of other new utilities with the same excavation. Work to be performed at Gettysburg National Military Park on south side of Gettysburg, PA. The project serves the following farms: Spangler, Sherfy, Klingel, Trostle, Weikert, Altoff and Codori. Work to be completed within 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Estimated construction cost $250-$500K.
