Description

Contractor shall provide a complete turn-key operation for replacing boilers and converting to LP gas, installing new fuel oil AST, and miscellaneous mechanical work in boiler rooms and removal of Asbestos containing maerial in mechanical rooms at Teecnospos School, (Apache County), Arizona. The contractor shall submit bids in accordance with specification, plans/drawing. Acquisition is set a side for firms who are eligible under the (Buy Indian Act) who are 51% owned/operated and control by Native Indian Owned Businesses. Project site visits shall be arranged with Ms. Geraldine Arviso (505) 863-8425. Evaluation include past performance of similar work for the past two years. Section 7(b) apply in preference opportunity in subcontracting, employment and training.
