Description

This project is for the "Exterior Restoration of the Old Boston and Maine Railroad Depot," Lowell National Historical Park, Lowell, MA. The general intent is to restore the exterior by reconstructing the missing towers at the front corners of the building and performing a general restoration and rehabilitation of the building's exterior walls and fenestration. Construction performance period is 365 days. Estimated construction range: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS code 233320, $27.5 million. This solicitation is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is subject to full and open competition.
