Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials and perform all work in connection with renovating the open atrium area. Work shall include demolition of existing topping slab and planters and exposing the structural slab, installing new concrete topping slab and sealer, new metal roof canopy, and storefront glazing renovations for Building #1895. The work shall be completed in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.NAICS Code is 235990, $11.5 mil. The magnitute of construction is between $100,000. and $250,000. This requirement is being considered for HUBZone set aside. Any interested HUBZone firm must provide written certification of its intent to bid if the requirement is set aside for HUBZone firms within one week (7 days) of the posting of this synopsis to be considered.
