Description

Z -- Project is to replace existing parking lot and driveway. Relocate curb, widen parking lot area, and relocate drains. The project carries a restriction on the use of jackhammers, paving breakers and other impact or vibratory equipment. The work takes place generally over the top (roof) of the 300,000 gallon thermal water reservoir, an historic structure over 100 years old. The roof of the reservoir will not be disturbed. Location is Park Headquarters Building, Hot Springs National Park, 101 Reserve Ave., Hot Springs, Garland County, Arkansas. The estimate of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
