The CBD notice is amended to include the following: -Response date is changed to July 30, 2001. -This procurement action contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C. Section 2751, et. seq.) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 C.F.R. Sections 120-130). -Technical Data Package/Drawings will be provided to eligible recipients subject to the following: Distribution D: Distribution authorized to the Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only. Controlling office is PM-Mortars, ATTN: Mark Serben, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806- 5000. The solicitation should be available @ http://procnet.pica.army.mil on or about 21 June 2001.
