Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with the Bell-Boeing Joint Venture Team, 22398 James Road, Patuxent River, MD 20670 on an other than full and open competitive basis to acquire various components applicable to and resulting from retrofit ECP efforts. This work includes both non-recurring (NRE); individual kit/recurring and installation efforts inclusive of logistic support, publication, engineering drawing and training requirement updates. Installations will be performed by contractor field mod teams with work commencing on or around 30 SEP 2001. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Bell-Boeing Team is the designer, developer and sole producer of the MV-22 tiltrotor aircraft. Note 22 Applicable to this synopsis (Sole Source)
