Solicitation N00421-01-Q-0382 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is not set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a full and open competitive basis to purchase CLIN 0001 Quantity 1 ea ASPARCS OS/CS HMMWV Support Trailer (See NAVAIR Homepage), CLIN 0002 Contract Data Requirements List (DD Form 1423) Quantity 1 LT -- NSP. Must. Award is expected 10 Jul 2001. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 29 Jun 2001 will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
