This requirement for PRON: AX1T1027AX, NSN: 2840-01-143-9995, P/N: 6039T65G03, Quantity: 70 each -- Min 4 each -- Max 150 each, is to be added to the T700 AMCOM/GE Commercial Price Vehicle Contract DAAH23-99-D-0032. This item is restricted to General Electric Co., Aircraft Engine Business Group, 1000 Western Ave., Lynn, MA 01910-2690. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 70 each, 280 days after contract award. Manufacture of this part requires use of master or coordinated tooling. Only one set of tooling exists and cannot be made available to another source for manufacture of this part. "This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC, SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC, APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government." The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
