Description

The Defense Distribution Center San Joaquin (DDJC) located in Tracy, California has a requirement for the procurement of one (1) each Automatic Bagger, Automated Packaging Systems Inc Model HS-100 Excel or equal. Salient characteristics are: Pass-thru: 2.5 4.5 inch (6.5 11.0 cm); Bag Sizes: 2.5 in x 2.5 in to 10.5 in x 22 in (6.5 cm x 6.5 cm to 27 cm x 56 cm); Bag Thickness: 1.5 4.0 mil (35 100 microns); Electrical: 250 watts, 110/220 VAC (50/60 Hz); Interfaces: One 25-pin RS-232 port and two RJ-11 connectors. Required Option Equipment: AutoLabel Imprinter to include label software, Accu-Count Advantage Counter, Wheels/Caster for mobility, Standard Accumulator Funnel for hardware items and Bag Deflator. The Contractor shall provide one each technical, parts and operators manual. The Contractor shall assemble and install bagger. The Contractor shall provide training for operators and maintenance personnel. The Contractor shall provide start-up supplies for the testing and training period. The bagger shall be delivered and priced FOB Destination to: Defense Distribution Center San Joaquin, Supply Branch, Warehouse 3, Tracy Site (SB3200), Tracy, CA 95376-5000.
