Description

Note 22 applies. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal number for this acquisition is for MDA113-01-T-0018. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-25 (Initial Effective 02 MAY 01). The NAICS Code is 334310. This is a brand name requirement for five Miranda Kaleido Multi Image Display Systems with no substitutions in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. These items are being purchased for the American Forces Radio and Television Service Broadcast Center (AFRTS-BC.) There are seven (7) contract line items, each involving requisite components of the aforementioned system. The following is a description of the requirements: CLIN 0001 Miranda Kaleido Multi Image Display System, 5 ea, CLIN 0002 -- Screen 16D Dual Digital Input Module, 44 ea, CLIN 0003 Screen, 16A, 16 Channel Analog Input Module, 13 ea, CLIN 0004 NSH26M Miranda Terminal Adapter for HD-36 Connectors, 20 ea, CLIN 0005 Miranda Kaleido 20" Telescopic Rails, 5 ea, CLIN 0006 Miranda Analog Audio Demultiplexer Picolink, 15 ea, CLIN 00007 Miranda 110V Wall Plug-in Power Supply for Picolinks, 12 ea. Responses to this notice shall be in writing and make reference to this RFP.
