Description

This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business for Drawers, Men's Cotton Ankle Length, 8415-01-040-3155(s) sizes 30 Regular through 44 Long. FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5 Commercial Items will be utilized accordingly for this procurement. Item shall be constructed IAW PD94-01 dated 13 January 1994 with rib knit anklets, boxer style fly, elastic waistband and bleached white in color. Cloth shall be 1X1 rib knit, 5.0 ounces per square yard. Five (5) Product Demonstrations Models size 38 Regular are required for evaluation. No deviation from materials/construction shall be accepted. Award shall include Basic Year and Two Option years for Indefinite Delivery Type Contract (IDTC) as follows: Basic: Min- 27,480 ea/Max-54,000 ea; Option 1: Min- 12,000 ea/Max- 20,000 ea; Option 2: Min- 12,000 ea/Max. 20,000 ea. Shipments will be FOB Destination only to two locations: Tracy, CA and Cumberland, PA. Production lead-time is 90 days. "Best Value" procedures will be used.
