Description

Novell Netware 5.1 is OAK's network operating system (NOS) providing OAK customers access to files and applications via the local area/wide area network. Any outage of the NOS impacts customers directly and prevents access to all network systems. We require a Maintenance Support Contract for Novell Netware 5.1. Service to include 24x7x2 support via phone, web, or e-mail. -24x7x2 Service (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 2 hour response time) on problems encountered. -50 Incidents per year (one incident is unlimited calls until completion of that incident). -1 Novell Support Connection CD site license (Novell's technical information base on CD-ROM; updated and distributed every month and contains the latest technical information from Novell support engineers and customers who maintain network systems); LogicSource II Library CD for NDS (contains guides to applications, client-side, and operating system error codes). -2 education vouchers (training for two individuals). -a Service Account Manager (assigned account representative).
