- CORRECTION: SUBJECT: C -- HEIGHT MODERNIZATION SURVEYS 50-DGNC-1-90026 is corrected as follows: 1) CHANGE: "Location of the work to be accomplished is the Continental United States and its possessions." TO READ AS FOLLOWS: "Location of the work to be accomplished is the United States and its possessions." 2) "Mark Setters" is the job description of persons skilled in the NGS methods of setting rod, concrete, and other types of marks, and is not a person's name. 3) CHANGE: "Height Modernization Surveys is a 100% Small Business Set-aside, NAICS Code 541370. The Size Standard is dollar amount of 4 million dollars, average annual receipts. See Note #1. TO READ AS FOLLOWS: "Height Modernization Surveys is a 50% Small Business Set-aside, NAICS Code 541370. The Size Standard is dollar amount of 4 million dollars, average annual receipts. See Note 2; and (50%) of the acquisition "Height Modernization Surveys" will be set aside for Full and Open Competition. 4) The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic And Atmospheric Administration will issue multiple Awards. Two or more contracts are contemplated to be awarded. 5) The total estimated ceiling amount for all contracts combined is $8 million. The ceiling amount for any one contract will be $2 million per year. The estimated dollar amount not used in one year may be used in subsequent fiscal years. Additionally, if the ceiling amount is reached before the end of the twelve (12) month period, the subsequent year's estimated amount may be allocated to the contract. 6) The acquisition is a 50% Small Business Set-aside, and in accordance with FAR 19, a Small Business Subcontracting Plan is not required of small business concerns. Under Section C. SUBMISSION the following is revised: The date for submission of responses is HEREBY EXTENDED. 7) Responses (SF-254/SF-255s) are due to the following address no later than 4:00 pm Eastern Daylight Saving Time, July 16, 2001.
