- A Snag Creation project on the Willamette National Forest, Blue River Ranger District, Lane County, Oregon. Work performed will be to create 889 snags located on Blue River Ranger District. Snags will be created by inoculating, girdling, girdling/inoculating, sawtopping, sawtopping/inoculating. Tagging, data collection and accurate mapping of all created trees is required. Estimated start work date is September 4, 2001. Estimated issue date will be July 10, 2001. Item #1-30 calendar days; Item #2-60 calendar days.
