Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) proposes to procure future requirements for sustaining support services for the High Power Device Test Subsystem (HPDTS) and Operational Test Program Sets (OTPS) production units on a sole source basis for Systems & Electronics, Inc. (SEI), 201 Evans Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63121. This requirement consists of such tasks as configuration management, sustaining engineering, fielded logistics support, and follow-on software support services. Support services are required to address engineering changes/problem resolution issues that are identified during production of the HPDTS/OTPS, and that have an impact on units that have already been fielded. As the original equipment manufacturer, SEI is the only contractor that possesses the experience, knowledge, data, technical expertise, test equipment, and facilities necessary to satisfy these requirements. These services will be required for one year, with options to extend for one-year intervals throughout the life of the production contract. See Note 22.
