Description

The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Office of Grants Management, seeks experienced small business firms to provide Department wide professional training to grants management personnel and program officials associated with the management of grants in the regulatory, policy and procedural environment of DHHS OPDIVs and STAFFDIVs. The annual load of training is about 1000 classroom slots, or individual attendances at scheduled competency based courses presented in classroom settings, and about 100 enrollments in a self-study course. Currently seven different courses are offered and presented in Washington, D.C., Atlanta, GA, Baltimore, MD and various other sites throughout the United States. Interested qualified small business firms should submit a written capability statement which demonstrates their ability to provide the services to the address given above. No solicitation documents are available. The NAICS Code is 611699. The deadline for submitting a capability statement is 12:00 Noon local time, June 29, 2001; however, evaluation of capability statements will begin June 21, 2001. See Note 25.
