Description

The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and constructing six recreational sites, two each at Lock and Dam Nos. 3, 4, and 5. There will be three modular restrooms requiring assembly or erection (one at each of the Lock and Dams) and connecting to existing water, electrical and septic system. The work will be complete and operational, with all fixtures, and hardware, concrete slab for he restrooms and picnic areas, including concrete sidewalks, sodding around the sidewalk areas, and utility connections, construction of road work and parking areas, picnic tables and shelter areas, all mechanical and electrical work with all appurtenances, performing storm water pollution prevention and environmental protection at all sites, and providing as-built drawings (both blue line and electronic). All units of measure are metric. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000.00 AND $5,000,000.00.
