Description

F41636-01-T-0036: This is a synopsis for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12 as supplemented with additional information included in the solicitation. This synopsis is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes/offers will not be considered), on solicitation F41636-01-T-0036, to fax number (210) 671-1199 or via e-mail to quina.garrett@lackland.af.mil. This requirement is the purchase of 1 (ea) Patio Awning to be installed at the Gateway Club, Bldg 2490, Lackland AFB, TX. Delivery is to be within 30 days of award, FOB Destination, 1650 Kenly Ave, Lackland AFB, TX, 78236-5000. This purchase is restricted to 100% small business. Confirmation of CCR = Registration must be obtained prior to award being made. Award will be based on meeting the requirement, evaluation of lowest price, and responsible offer/quote. Quotes are to be submitted not later than 2:00 PM (CST), 29 June 01, and acceptance must be good for 30 days.
