- DESCRIPTION: The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the establishment of an MTA Bridges and Tunnel E-ZPASS account. The establishment of the E-ZPASS account will consist of the purchase of approximately 633 vehicle interior tags and monthly prepaid toll deposits. The E-ZPASS fleet vehicle interior tags will allow unencumbered authorized access to all mass transit authority toll roads, bridges, and tunnels in the following states and local travel areas: New York State New Jersey Port Authority of New York Port Authority of New Jersey New York State Thruway Authority Atlantic City Expressway New York State Bridge Authority Delaware State Delaware Department of Transportation (Interstate 95, Route 1, Route 13 Tolls and SR-1) The E-ZPASS account will allow the MTA Tunnel and Bridges Authority to debit the DEA E-ZPASS account each time any properly tagged DEA official government vehicle passes through any of the EZ-PASS facilities within any of the travel areas identified above. The DEA will receive from the MTA on a monthly basis an activity report which details all activity taking place on the account during the previous report period, and the report will also provide subsequent balances for the period. The contract period will consist of a base period and four (4) twelve (12) month options periods. The North American Industry Classification System number is (NAICS) 488999. The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to the MTA Tunnel and Bridge Authority, New York, NY.
