Description

A/E Services required to provide Architect/Engineer Services to include site investigation, to provide complete set of contract construction drawings and specifications for the renovation of the existing OR suite located on 4th floor of Bldg #1. The design will include complete demolition of area, removal of asbestos containing insulation, suspended and plaster ceilings, HVAC system, electrical systems and lighting, medical gas piping, masonary partitions and related work. New work to include new sprinkler system, HVAC system for provide temporary ventilation for shelled in space. This will also involve the services of a certified Industrial Hygenist. The NAICS (North American Industry Classification System)Code for this project is 541310. The estimated construction cost is between $250,000. -- $500,000.
