Description

This is amendment A001 to the combined synopsis/solicitation number 112P0100694 for Video Production issued June 1, 2001. This amendment incorporates all of the applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-27, as if stated in full text. As stated in FAC 97-27, offerors must be in compliance with the standards set forth in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility for Persons with Disabilities, as published in the Federal Register, Vol. 65, No. 246, at 36 CFR part 1194.24, Video and Multimedia Products, paragraph (c), (d), and (e). Offerors are required, in the technical proposal, to demonstrate complete compliance with Section 508 requirements, and further in the formulation of their pricing proposal, offerors are required to include all costs associated with this compliance, as it relates to this acquisition. All other terms and conditions of the original combined synopsis/solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and affect. =20
