Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: provide all labor, material and equipment to prepare the wellhead for evacuating the well bore and to clean out the well bore at 58A-10 test hole and replace the gel with 8.33 lb/gallon fluid. This requirement is sole sourced to Welch & Howell Drilling, P.O. Box 1851, El Centro, CA since they drilled the hole and are familiar with the well bore design of the well. Any firms believing that they can provide the Preparation of the wellhead for Evacuation may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
