Description

Portable x-ray services for the VA Outpatient Clinic, Union Grove, WI, for the period beginning approximately July 2, 2001, through Aoril 30, 2002. Hard copy and electronic versions of the solicitation will be available on or about 6/18/01. Requests for hard copy solicitations must be submitted in writing. The charge for hard copy solicitations is $5.00 in advance. Checks to be made payable to Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted.
