Description

The Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA)/HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB), is soliciting quotations from responsible sources with the capability to provide contract services to HAB/AIDS, and the Office of Science and Epidemiology (OSE). This solicitation is offered in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 13. The Contractor selected will: 1) Create a data analysis file for the administrative and program data from each HAB program using SPSS or SAS statistical software. 2) Conduct the final edits and corrections for data submitted by HAB grantees. 3) Develop an analysis plan for each program. 4) Conduct analysis of program data, based on the analysis plan. 5) Develop summary PowerPoint presentation of analysis findings for the HAB web site. 6) Write a summary report from analysis findings for each HAB programs that include illustrative tables and figures. 7) Prepare a query data table for the HAB web site. The Responsible Contractor will be immediately available and located in Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. All work under the scope of work must be conducted within the HIV/AIDS Bureau offices due to the highly sensitive nature of the data. Ease of availability to meet with Government Project Officer is paramount due to the time sensitivity of the project and would save considerable time and money. The Contractor must have extensive experience in conducting data analysis and preparing clearly written and illustrative materials based upon the analysis findings for a wide audience: Federal, state, and local governments, policy makers, researchers, non governmental organizations, and the public. The successful Contractor must be thoroughly familiar with the writing and production cycle, including all procedures for researching, writing, revising, and editing text and supporting documentation. This work experience is directly applicable to the proposed work under this Purchase Order. The period of performance is eight months after receipt of order.
