The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to negotiate on a sole source basis Solicitation No. F8021101067100 with Corporate Executive Board, 2000 Pennsylvania Ave, NW, Suite 6000, Washington DC 20006, for membership in a working council that provides strategic, case study-based research to senior information technology executives from leading corporations worldwide.
