Description

NAVAIR -- Lakehurst intends to acquire Engineering and Technical Services to research, design, test, and provide total life cycle engineering and logistics services in support of the development, manufacture, test, and installation of Naval systems and equipment, including: Propellers and Propulsors, ALRE, Support Equipment, Terminal Guidance Systems, Hull Systems, Electronic Systems, and Expeditionary Airfield Systems. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract is being considered. The total number of man-hours is estimated to be 54,080 for the base period and four one-year option periods for a total of 270,400 hours (if all options are exercised). The NAICS code is 541330. This is a total small business set-aside; only those firms meeting the size standard will be considered.
