Description

Fixed Price Requirements Type Contract for loading, hauling, land application and seeding of Class A Wastewater Residuals (Sludge) from the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to various sites on Fort Bragg, North Carolina for the period 1 December 2001 through 30 November 2002 (plus 2 one-year option periods). Contractor to provide all personnel, vehicles, equipment, materials, supervision, supplies, items and services necessarty to transport sludge and provide land application. Contractor required to possess North Carolina Certified Land Application/Residuals Operators License. For determining business size on this project, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562920. To be considered a small business under this code, a firm (including its affiliates), must not have more than $10 million average annual revenue over the past 3 years. All bidders are required to be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) which is available on-line at http://www.ccr2000.com. Failure to register with CCR makes an offeror ineligible for award of DoD contracts. The entire solicitation will released solely on the Internet at Fort Bragg's website at http://www.bragg.army.mil/www-doc/Contractors/SOLICIT.htm (paper copies will not be available). The solicitation, attachments, amendments will only be available by downloading the documents from the Fort Bragg IBO-C website, therefore, it is the contractor's responsibility to check the Fort Bragg website frequently/daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. Ensure DUNS and CAGE Code are provided with the proposal (DUNS Number available by calling 800-333-0305/CAGE Code registration at http://www.dlsc.dla.mil).
