Description

1. Note 22: This is a sole-source action with Caterpillar, Inc. 2. This involves the sale of 33 D7E vehicles and 4 D8K vehicles. Contractor will be required to handle all details of the transaction, including but not limited to the following: Inspect the vehicles and accept "AS IS" basis, shall be in charge of and responsible for transport, necessary documentation applying to the particular vehicles depending on which state the vehicle is located in (same applies for those vehicles located outside the continuous United States), vehicle repair/refurbishment, etc. 3. Contractor must have global capability. 4. Contractor shall purchase these vehicles from the Government under these conditions.
