Description

Work consists of decommissioning 3.1 km. of a single lane road using a variety of methods including heavy outsloping of road and ditch, 450 mm culvert removals, construction of waterbars and earthen barriers. Also included are 3 partial culvert removals and 2 site repairs totalling approximately 1100 cm of excavation and a 450 mm culvert installation; and 1.3 km of road reconditioning and cross ditch installation. Project area is on the Illinois Valley Ranger District, Siskiyou National Forest. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is July 2, 2001. Total contract time is 365 calendar days.
