Description

This project is for the Lake Sherwood Bath House Showers and Electric on the Marlinton/White Sulphur Ranger District of the Monongahela National Forest in Greenbriar County, West Virginia. The work consists of, but is not limited to: 1) Removing three existing shower stalls and basins; 2) Installing four new shower stalls and drains; 3) Installing two electric water heaters; 4) Constructing a closet for a water heater; 5) Constructing a foot wash station; and 6) Construct new electric service entrance and exterior lights. There will be a pre-quote meeting/site visit on July 12, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake Sherwood Recreation Area on State Secondary Route 14 approximately 11 miles northeast of Neola, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. The contractor will have 60 calendar days to complete the project after receiving a notice to proceed. The NAICS Code for the project is 233320, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. This project will be solicited using the Request for Quotation format, on an unrestricted basis, with not set-asides. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $25,000 and $50,000.
