Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice -- Project YTPM 94-0082P2 consists of milling and repaving of the 15/33 crosswind runway. A 30-foot extension of the existing runway and replacing the existing runway end/threshold lights is also included. The intersection of the 15/33 and 05/23 runways is not part of this project. This project is being solicitated in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The small business size standard applicable to this project is $27,500,000.00 the NAICS (North American Industry Classification Code) is 234110. Bid issue will be on or about 20 July 2001. Bid opening will be on or about 30 August 2001. Performance period shall be 365 calendar days with a 6 month winter shutdown. The estimated cost of construction $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Telephone requests will not be honored. It is our intent to post the solicitation at http://www.eps.gov. Paper copies of the soliciation will not be issued.
