Description

(I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation F02601-01-J-TILE is being issued as a request for proposal. (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the = Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 1743, NAICS Code 327122, small business size standard of 500 employees. (V) Line item 0001 Remove Carpet (590 SY). Line item 0002 Remove Cove Base (1,300 LF). Line item 0003 Install Ceramic Tile (4,860 SF). Line item 0004 Install Cove Base (1,300 LF). Line item 0005 Furniture removal and return (590 SY). (VI) N/A (VII) The work is to be performed on the weekend (Sat & Sun). The period of performance will be from 23 Jul 01 through 10 Aug 01. Place of delivery: 5275 E Granite Street, Building 2300, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707. F.O.B. POINT IS DESTINATION. (VIII) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies. (IX) Provision 52-212-2, Evaluation _ Commercial Items applies. Proposal will be evaluated on price and price related factors.
