All PRONs are being solicited with two one-year 100% options. These items are restricted to HONEYWELL INTL. INC., Cage Code: 99193 because either, these parts require engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the parts, or, the data needed to acquire these parts competitively are not physically available, they cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation, or, manufacture of these parts requires use of master or coordinated tooling. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
