Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Rhode Island has a requirement for the following: 1) Four Channel Real-Time Sound and Vibration Measurement System (a specification sheet will be provided with the solicitation), Quantity -- 1 each; 2) 3 Meter LEMO 7 pin to BNC Cable, Quantity -- 1 each; 3) 3 Meter Extension Cable LEMO 7 Pin to LEMO 7 Pin, Quantity -- 1 each; 4) System Controller-Notebook, Intel 500 MHz, 128M RAM, 20G Hard Drive (Minimum specs), Quantity -- 1 each; 5) Maintenance Agreement -- 1 year upgrades, 1 day turnaround, phone support and system integration, Quantity -- 1 each. A Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded using the procedures of FAR Part 12 & 13. In accordance with FAR 5.203, the request for quote will be issued in less than 15 days and a response time of less than 30 days is being established for these commercial items. Delivery will be FOB Destination, Newport, Rhode Island, 30 days after contract award. This is 100% set aside for small business. NAICS Code is 421830, 500 employees.
