Description

The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting proposals for Graphic Design and Digital Production Services. These services include an established series of publications and other National Park Service organizational identity items. This will include, but not be limited to, templates for conference and instructional materials, inter-office forms, vehicle markings, and annual and other reports. It will also include an elective for website design and development work. Work will require conceptual designs, and/or digital layout production-ready technical services, labor, materials, facilities, and miscellaneous production tasks for National Park Service graphic materials. Work requirements may include several phases including preliminary conceptual roughs, revisions, incorporation of final graphic data from other sources, limited digital image manipulation, digital compositing using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop software, and complete production-ready digital layouts for an entire project or for partial aspects of design and/or production using Quark Express. Award (s) are anticipated of up to five Indefinite Quantity contracts. These contracts will initially be negotiated for a one-year period with four one-year options for continued performance. Each contract will contain a guaranteed minimum workload of $4,000 and a cumulative maximum workload limit of $200,000 each year. The elective (website design and development) will contain an additional workload of $100,000 for the first year and the first option period.
