Description

Sources are being sought from Communication Companies to lease our Rooftop Space for Antenna Sites at the VA Medical Center, Building #1, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan. There is approximately 5500 square feet of rooftop and support space available to house a radio equipment cabinet and antennas. 3400 square feet elevation is 931, approximately 106 feet above the ground. 2100 square feet elevation is 957, approximately 132 feet above the ground. The lesed premises are to used solely for installation, operation, maintenance and removal of radio antennas and communications equipment in conjunction with Lessee's primary business. One Year leases at the fair market value are being considered, including renewal option years. All interested firms must submit a letter of interest. Responses must be received within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement.
