Description

Work to be performed at the USDA-APHIS, National Wildlife Services Center, Ft. Collins, CO. The project requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment to construct a support wing for the existing Animal Research Building. The work includes site work, utilities, roadways, fencing, office space for animal care personnel, laboratory space for research, support spaces for the animal care staff including storage, preparation and staging areas for animal feed, equipment storage and a vehicular garage. The estimated construction price range is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Requests for the bid documents must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or money order in the amount of $75.00 per set made payable to USDA-APHIS. Deposits are non-refundable. No telephone or fax requests for the bid documents will be accepted. Bid opening date on or about August 27, 2001.
