Description

The Philadelphia VA Medical Center is seeking a Mechanical Contractor to renovate existing space for battery chargers located on the 8th floor in Bldg #1 and in the warehouse Bldg #2. Some architectural work such as renovating existing walls, paint, ceiling, installs new dry walls, etc. This project will also include installing new HVAC in the Telephone Room in Bldg#1 basement. The estimated construction cost for is project is between $100,000.00 -- $250,000.00. The NAICS(National American Industry Classification System) is 235110. All requests for bid package must be submitted in writing. A non-refundable payment $25.00 is required for solicitation packages. The check must be received prior to issuing of bid packages. Checks should be made out as follows: VA Medical Center-Agent Cashier. The completion time for this project is 180 calendar days. The tentative issued date is 7-12-01.
