The synopsis for the requirement for Architect and Engineering Services (A&E) which appeared in the June 1, 2001, edition of the Commerce Business Daily (CBD), should have included to submit a completed Standard Form 255, Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire for Specific Project, to supplement the SF 254.
