- Survey approximately 28.5 miles of forest streams using R-6 level 2 protocol on four separate streams within the boundaries of the North Umpqua and Cottage Grove Ranger Districts located in Douglas and Lane Counties, Oregon. This is an indefinite quantities type contract, the amount of work is estimated only. This is a Request for Quotations requiring completion of a Questionnaire, detailed technical proposals are not required; award evaulation criteria include technical capability specific to stream surveys and report writing, and past performance history in addition to price; award may be made without discussions. See Numbered Note 1.
