Amend Subfactor B4(a) in the Proposal Package of the Prospectus under which five concession contracts will be awarded for opertion of guided interpretive backcountry mountain bike tours in Canyonlands National Park. The Prospectus for the issuance of concession contracts was issued on June 11, 2001, with proposals due October 10, 2001. Please replace the first paragraph after Subfactor B4(a) of the Proposal Package with the following paragraph: "The offeror demonstrates a realistic estimate of acquisition, start-up, and operating costs of this business. Only acquisition, start-up, and operating costs related to the services required and authorized by the draft CONTRACT, not other services (outside the park), are to be included in your acquisition, start-up, and operating costs of this business.
