Description

The Environmental Protection Agency intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to the U.S. Combined Heat and Power Association, 1225 19th Street, NW, Suite 800, Washington DC 20036-2453 to support two national workshops on combined heat and power (CHP). This notice of intent is not a request for quotations (RFQ) for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
