Description

Presolicitation Notice: Sealed bids from all business concerns will be accepted for the National Capital Parks Project PLH-NACC 504(2), 505(3), 513(1), in Washington, D.C. The project consists of the rehabilitation of Maine Avenue from 17th Street to 14th Street, and the rehabilitation of the Swan Boat Parking Area. The work includes removal of asphalt pavement and miscellaneous items, drainage improvements, PCC pavement repairs, HACP base and surface courses, PCC pavement, sidewalks, granite curbing, variable message signs, traffic signals, fencing, and other work. The project is expected to fall within the price range of $1,000,000 to $3,000,000. Bid documents are scheduled for issue in the second week of August. Bids will be due 30 days after the issue date.
