Description

Remove all piping, fittings, valves, plumbing fixtures and trim, ceramic tile walls and flooring, ceilings, lighting, fans, receptacles and circuits in building 2752, Ft. Benning Georgia. Install new domestic water drain piping, fittings, valves, plumbing fixtures and trim, concrete chase walls, ceramic tile walls and flooring, quarry tile flooring, gysum board walls, acoustical ceilings, clothes dryer circuits, lighting, receptacles, exhaust fans, circuits, pipe insulation and all other materials for a complete plumbing system as specified in the contract documents and drawings. Firm Fixed-Price type contract. Estimated magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Subject to availability of funds. Unrestricted. NAICS code is 235110. Performance period is 365 days.
