Description

The work of this project consists of installing cured in place plastic culvert linings in existing deteriorated drainage culverts, excavating and demolishing existing culverts, installing new replacement culverts, asphalt pavement patching, roadway pavement pulverizing and pavement reconstruction, traffic control and incidentals, complete and ready for use on the Limantour Road, Drakes Beach Road and Lighthouse Road at Point Reyes National Seashore, Marin County, CA. All culvert work sites and patch locations are marked on the roadway pavement. All work will be accomplished in accordance with plans and specifications provided. The estimated price range of the project is between $100,000-$250,000 with completion required within 90 days after Notice to Proceed. An award determination will be based on the best value to the Government after considering costs and factors other than cost (i.e., past experience) as set forth in the solicitation. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available for mailing approximately July 6, 2001. The due date for receipt of proposals will be 30 days after issuance. This acquisition is unrestricted pursuant to Public Law 100-656. All responsible sources may submit an offer which, if timely received, will be considered. This notice replaces previous notice dated June 29, 2000 for SOL R8530-00-040. All parties that expressed an interest to that notice will be mailed a copy of the RFP.
