Description

Contractor is to furnish all plant, labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for the maintenance of base finishing. Work will include interior/exterior painting, removal and replacement of carpet, removal and replacement of tile and covebase, sanding and staining wood doors, removal and replacement of handrails and wall guards, and removal and replacement of wall covering. This contract will also include miscellaneous interior/exterior finishing work. The magnitude of this project is more than $10 M. The resulting contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a basic year and three option years. Work under this contract shall be completed on delivery orders received within 365 calendar days after date of contract award. Each Delivery order issued against this contract shall have a separate Period of Performance. The proposed acquisition is competitive 8(a) restricted to the state of Arizona.
